Welcome to the Auto Loan Collateral Document Delivery Request Form!

You can now request for your collateral document to be delivered to your nearest or preferred BPI  branch. Please  ensure that all fields in the form are filled out and information is accurate so that we can process your request.

Reminders:

Kindly confirm first if the auto loan collateral documents are ready for release before requesting for branch delivery. You should receive a call, SMS or Viber notice from us once the documents are cleared for release, or you may call or email us for confirmation.

Only the registered owner/s (name/s indicated in the original CR) is/are allowed to make this request..

Documents for delivery are as follows: original LTO Certificate of Registration, Official Receipt, Cancellation of Mortgage and Registered Promissory Note with Chattel Mortgage

Pick-up Instructions:

We will inform you once documents have been delivered to the branch. The standard delivery time is 3-5 banking days for NCR and 5-7 days for outside NCR.

A copy of the confirmation e-mail must be presented to the branch upon pick-up.

If pick-up will be done by a representative, they must present a notarized Special Power of Attorney (SPA) and a clear copy of the valid ID of the registered owner/s, and a valid ID of the representative upon pick-up.
